Martha’s Vineyard is one of the few places that brings Black professionals together in a space that's ours but if we FAIL to invest in the ownership of property in Martha’s Vineyard, we will lose it ALL to others (just like we lost Harlem, NY).

Due to historical and systemic barriers in the capital markets, Black real estate entrepreneurs often struggle to access investment capital.
The Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC seeks to address these [ "market imperfections" rooted in economic racism ] by providing much-needed investment capital to these Black real estate entrepreneurs. Investment Terms 1 - 15% preferred rate of return or 50% of the profits (whichever is greater) for Black accredited investors who invest $50,000 or more. 2 - Invest up to One Million Dollars with Black real estate entrepreneurs for property development on Martha’s Vineyard, MA.
3 - Purchase a property (with swimming pool) to be used as a private membership club/event space for its Black accredited investors and founding members/general members of the Martha’s Vineyard Black Forum (panel discussions, art exhibits, book signings, cocktail parties). Minimum Investment: $50,000 in equity (Black accredited investors/10 year investment term).
Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC will generate investment income by investing up to One Million Dollars in equity capital with Black real estate entrepreneurs (raised from Black accredited investors) to develop property on Martha's Vineyard, MA at a 50% annual rate of return (secured with a secondary property to help ensure principal and profit payment). Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC will [ invest 50% of the capital raised ] with Black real estate entrepreneurs to develop affordable housing (Section 8 Tenants) at the same 50% annual rate of return (secured with a secondary property to help ensure principal and profit payment) in Black communities in the Northeast of the United States. Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC is committed to generating 50% rate of returns from investing in both luxury housing for high income Black families and affordable housing (Section 8 Tenants) for low income Black families.

In the near future, Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC plans to purchase a property to use as a private membership club/event space that will be managed by the Martha’s Vineyard Black Forum (a private membership organization).
Founding membership in the Martha’s Vineyard Black Forum will cost $10,000 (limited to 100 members/ one time payment/ 10 years of membership).
General membership will cost $10,000 per year (to be launched after founding membership has closed).
Membership in the Martha’s Vineyard Black Forum is open to accredited investors and non-accredited investors. FREE founding membership in the Martha’s Vineyard Black Forum for investors in the Martha's Vineyard Real Estate Fund, LLC, the Urban Real Estate Fund, LLC and the Black Doctors Real Estate Fund, LLC.
